A well-established real estate agency in Docklands and Melbourne CBD sought to transition from their legacy branding to a modern, forward-thinking identity by redeveloping their website. Their goals extended beyond simply improving the design; they wanted to integrate properties from their real estate management backend system for real-time display, while also enabling seamless capture of enquiries, inspection requests, and applications. The existing website lacked the functionality for prospective buyers and renters to interact reliably, often requiring them to call or email for information and applications. We designed their new website to not only serve as the foundation of their rebranding efforts but also to streamline internal workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
